Requirements
• University degree holder in Business Studies, Management, Marketing or related field
• At least 5 years working experience within a social media focused capacity or social media marketing and management
• Proven experience with social media in China
• Experience working with social influences
• Experience with advertising and creative content development
• Ability to create engaging content
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Passionate about delivering great results via Social Media
• A flexible and focused personality with the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Willing and able to work extended shifts, weekends, holidays, and during special events in order to deliver tasks under tight schedules
• Willing and able to travel for business including overnight visits
Responsibilities
• Ownership of social media roadmap, strategy, and campaigns across all major and trending social media platforms
• Responsible for the content strategy and development for Social Media
• Responsible for paid social activities
• Ensure content is engaging, creative, and on brand that targets the correct audience on each platform
• Select and manage the collaboration of social influencers
• Tracking of Social Media performance and optimize accordingly
• Manages the online reviews and responses for the hotels and outlets
• Social listening and monitoring of social channels and platforms
• Keeping up to date with current market trends and the best approach to engage with our audiences
