Position: Senior Manager - Events & Entertainment
Department: Corporate Brand and Marketing

Requirements: • Bachelor degree, or at least a Diploma in Entertainment Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications or other related field
• Minimum of 6 years’ relevant professional experience (inclusive of minimum 4 years at supervisory level)
• At least 4 years work experience in the gaming industry and resort event management in similar resort setting. Also experience with production, programming various venues, contract negotiation, auditioning various entertainment acts, oversight and directing special events, programming digital video and content
• Experience with general knowledge of budgeting, labor costs, purchasing and operation expenses
• Ability to read and understand blueprint
• Understanding of production process and audio-visual equipment set-up
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong in written English and Chinese
Responsibilities: • Act as liaison amongst the entertainment group, technology and production and AV teams for all systems related operations, support levels, resource allocation, installations and facility preparation planning
• Manages all performers’ contracts and monitor and evaluate the performances
• Develop programming and scheduling of entertainment at different locations to maximize the impact
• Ensure smooth execution of all gaming and Non-gaming events, control of events budgets and achieve business expectation and goals set by Management
• Draft program outlines, terms and conditions and prepare budget of all programs for Management approvals
• Prepare post events summary and actual budgets for Management review
• Create the departmental succession plan – organizational chart and SOPs
• Develop the requirement of uniform for all back of stage supporting staff
• Create a costume section (determined at a later stage to see if necessary provided by entertainment agency) to provide against contingency for live performances
