Requirements
• High school graduated
• Prefer related experience with five star hotel environment
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to details
• Excellent verbal in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work on shift
• Standing for long durations
Responsibilities
• Receive personal property of guests for storage and retrieval in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Retrieving, collecting, tagging and delivering guest luggage to ensure luggage is stacked or stored appropriately and not damaged during transit. This includes transporting luggage in a timely and discreet manner without disrupting guests, hotel operations or ambience
• Ensure quality customer service is provided to guests by responding to enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of hotel activities and facilities. Be familiar with all areas of the Gaming Floor and Food and Beverage outlets
• Maintain current knowledge of policies and procedure pertaining to all areas of operation, including grooming and presentation of uniform. Maintain housekeeping standards in the working place
• Consistently seek to develop a trusting relationship and working rapport with team members and ensure a positive approach to work
