Position: Supervisor - Card Room
Department: Table Operations

Requirements: • High school graduated or above (Related field preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years working experiences in Casino Card Room Management, experience as a Pit Floor Supervisor and with card dealing skills is preferred
• Proficient in Card Room Management System (i.e. PCMS)
• Possess a high degree of judgment and initiative
• Possess excellent customer service, organization, interpersonal, oral and written communications, team building, problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and writing skills in both Chinese and English
• Required to work on shift
Responsibilities: • Supervise Card Room Attendants in the Card Shuffle Room, to oversee and coordinate all card shuffling related procedures in the card shuffle room, including card deliveries to the gaming floor and card destruction
• Supervise the Card Room and achieve the highest possible standards of efficiency and security
• Oversee all Table Attendants and ensure all card shuffling procedures are implemented
• Ensure all card shuffle logs are accurately and correctly filled out
• Sign card destruction logs when used cards are transferred from shuffle room to destruction room
