Requirements
• Primary school graduated or equivalent
• With experience in similar job role or equivalent or minimum of 2 years’ experience in stewarding positions with working experience in 5 - star standard hotels
• Good communication in Chinese; capable to communicate in English is an advantage
• Diligent attention to detail and safety
• Required to work on shift
Responsibilities
• Monitoring all aspects of daily kitchen and restaurant operations and maintaining high performance levels with maximum efficiency
• Monitoring all duties include sweeping, mopping, washing, equipment set up and cleaning chemicals usage
• Maintain proper storage of table ware items in accordance to Food Hygiene manual
• Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas in order to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards
• Follow loss prevention policies to prevent accidents and control costs
• Proper use and cleaning of all dish room machinery
• Perform other job related duties as requested
