Position: Senior Manager - Treasury & Cage

Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum of 7 years related working experience, with minimum of 5 years management role in Casino Treasury
• Strong responsibility and team coordination skills
• Good communication skills
• Good planning ability
• High initiative and responsibility
• Basic knowledge in computer and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Able to work on shift
Responsibilities: • Follow the instructions of the management of Casino Treasury
• Manage all Casino Treasury of property (counter and back office) and employee bank
• Promote the concept of quality customer service and require employees to strictly implement
• Responsible for manpower deployment of supervisor and cashier to ensure that all frontline and back office have enough manpower on duty
• Responsible for verifying the large amount of eletronic gaming payout to customer
• Responsible for verifying unusual Employee Bank transactions
• Responsible for pointing out and correct the work ethics and attitude of the employees
