Requirements
• Diploma in hotel Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 6 years' restaurant operations experience or in similar job role or equivalent and with working experience in 5 - star hotel
• Proficient in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills with customers
• Able to multi - task and work in a fast - paced environment
• Diligent attention to detail and safety
Responsibilities
• Assist the manager to oversee daily operations to ensure the service quality
• Supervise team, provide assistance and problem solving etc
• Familiar with food hygiene and safety standards and ensure the team follow the instructions
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of facilities
• Complete regular stock takes and manage stock levels
• Perform other job related duties as requested
