Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Tourism, Hotel, Sales Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in the area of Guest Development / Casino Marketing and Hospitality industry
• Good understanding of all aspects of management within casino operations in large scale casino hotel
• Knowledge of strong organizational skills
• Good knowledge of gaming management and customer services management
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Responsibilities
• Maintain healthy and professional relationship with guests and well coordination with VIP Services Casino Services, gaming, cage and F&B to deliver superior guest service
• Responsible for generating and achieving specific company target by developing new and inactive players
• Identify premium player interests and encourage return trips
• Make recommendations to improved guest experience and profitability
• Maintain accurate Player Development records and performance reports
• Communicates effectively with all related departments in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
