Requirements
• Diploma Degree is required, graduated in hotel studies is an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a customer service environment and 2 years in a customer service team leader role
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in hospitality or telesales in hospitality
• Working knowledge of the Call Centre System, Reservations System and CRM System
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Candidates with GDS system knowledge or any Reservations Platform is an advantage
• Experience in using Micros Opera system preferred
• Excellent time management, organization, communication, and customer service skills
• Able to establish, accomplish, and exceed targets
• Read, write, speak and understand English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Responsibilities
• Assist the Senior Manager - Telesales to manage the daily operations of telemarketing service team and coordinate with relevant departments
• Motivate the team to ensure relevant sales targets are met through the on - going contract with coded patrons
• Provide timely advices to teammates to develop relations with coded patrons with the aim of driving referrals & constant visitation to the property
• Explain new and on - going program offers, and establish scripted information for the team to upsell all potential relevant offers to coded patrons
• Maintain records of patron contact history & personal information; always ensuring the database is up to date
• Constantly seek for potential improvements through collecting feedbacks from players and the team
• Implement departmental development plans provided by the management
