Position: Floor Supervisor

Requirements: • High school graduated or above
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in spoken Chinese and English
• Required to work on shift
Responsibilities: • Responsible for the basic management and operation of hotel services, directing, training and assign daily work to housekeepers and cleaner
• Responsible for update the status of guest rooms in the housekeeping management system after the guest rooms are cleaned up, and handling customer lost and damaged items
• Check the cleanliness of rooms and hotel floors according to hotel standards
