Requirements
• Junior high school graduated or above
• Minimum of 3 years F&B service experience in 5 stars international hotel
• Holding catering business or professional technical certificate is preferred
• Proficient in spoken Chinese, English is preferred
• Proficient in spoken Chinese and English
• Required to work on shift
Responsibilities
• Supervise team in daily operations to ensure achieving service quality that exceeds expectations
• Personally drive staff training and development to achieve the standards at every level
Have good communication with guests and employees and monitor the hygiene standards of food and working environment and maximize food and beverage profitability
