Requirements
• Junior high school graduated or above
• Minimum of 3 years F&B service experience in 5 stars international hotel
• Holding catering business or professional technical certificate is preferred
• Proficient in spoken Chinese, English is preferred
• Proficient in spoken Chinese and English
• Required to work on shift
Responsibilities
• Supervise team in daily operations to ensure achieving service quality that exceeds expectations
• Personally drive staff training and development to achieve the standards at every level
• Have good communication with guests and employees and monitor the hygiene standards of food and working environment and maximize food and beverage profitability
