Requirements
• College degree or equivalent experienced preferred
• At least 2 years' limousine services experience at a fast-paced, high-occupancy resort, and 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Understands business implications of decisions; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; Aligns work with strategic goals
• Displays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process; Makes timely decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the performance of the limousine service team to meet department and property business objectives
• Coaches and manages Team Members to consistently deliver the highest service standard to our guest
• Responsible for scheduling, training and any coaching or disciplinary matters in relation to company and department policies
• Resolves guest complaints and ensures guest satisfaction
• Completes reports and projects as assigned by direct report
• Works with the team to ensure that we are claim free
• Works on ensuring that all company vehicles are maintained
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
