Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, with degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ related working experience, with working experience in a 5 star hotel is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Typing and computer literacy
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Responsibilities
• To handle all administrative and clerical support to the Assistant Vice President of Hotel operations
• To monitor daily attendance, annual leave, sick leave, special leave and resignation for the team with adherence to company policies and Macau Labour Law
• TM related forms including to Coaching Letters, End of Probation Reviews, Headcount form and others
• To prepare all access required for the new Team Members including door access, window account, SAP account, email account and others
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
• Create financial document, such PR, SR, CER and CRR
• Perform other duties as assigned
