Requirements
• High school graduated or equivalent
• With experience in similar job role or equivalent or minimum of 5 years experiences in Chinese / Western Cuisine
• Good knowledge of BBQ / Chinese / Western Cuisine
• Good communication in Chinese
• Required to work on shift
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily operation of the BBQ / Chinese / Western Kitchen including cost & inventory control
• Monitor the procedure of food production
• Perform all duties include cutting, washing, peeling, chopping, making, cooking, garnishing
• Maintain proper storage of food items in accordance to Food Hygiene manual
• Assist sous chefs with their job functions where necessary to ensure premium service to the guests
• Ensure preparation, storage and transportation of raw meats and their storage method is in line with Food Hygiene standards
• Perform other job related duties as requested
