Requirements
• High school graduated or above
• With related work experience in hotel is preferred
• Preferable with understanding of Hotel Property Management System is an advantage (Opera)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Required to work on shift

Responsibilities
• Handles requests, enquiries and bookings according to established Standard Operating Procedures
• Allocate rooms, deliver room keys to guests and handle all issues of reservation
• Introduce the local travel information, Hotel services and facilities to the guest with warm and consideration service attitude,subscribe various services and fulfill the requirements of guests
• Assist and responsible for welcoming guests in the Front Office with professional manner, including guest check in, check out, room allocation, answering calls and any requests by the guests, etc
• Perform other job related duties as requested
