- Requirements

• University degree majored in Business Studies, Management, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience working in an integrated resort or advertising agencies
• Good business network in the banking, airline, and travel industry of the Macau market
• Prior experience working in advertising agencies will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to effectively convey program details, objectives and financial considerations to management and stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and marketing, to gather inputs and align program outlines with organizational goals
• Strong project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in using Intra-Extranet
• Able to work extended shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and during special events as required
• Able to perform business travel for product seminar, Roadshow & Trade Show
- Responsibilities

• Identifying potential partnership opportunities and actively establishing an extensive overseas business network
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing partners and ensuring effective communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns for retail, F&B and resort-wide non-gaming activities
• Explore opportunities for joint marketing campaigns, co-branded promotions, and cross-selling initiatives
• Prepare program outlines and necessary documents such as proposal, pro-forma and budget estimation for management approval
• Negotiating and managing partnership agreements
• Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and relevant stakeholders to align partnership activities with overall business goals
• Develop the Standard Operating Procedure and logistics flows to ensure promotions are properly executed. Supervise the team's execution of all partnership and resort promotions
• Working with internal and external marketing teams and PR to develop and execute media plan for all marketing campaigns through various communication channels
• Budget planning and tracking for partnership marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of partnership campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Preparing reports and post event analysis on partnership activities, including key metrics, ROI analysis and partners’ performance
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnership strategies
• Work with procurement department to sourcing marketing materials and handle the RFQ, RFP or tender processes
• Guiding and motivating the team to successfully achieve departmental KPI
