Requirements
• High school graduated or above
• Previous experienced in Administrative support activities is an advantage
• Familiar in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Able to work independently, responsible and dedicated
Responsibilities
• Responsible for administrative work, including data input, copying, document filing and classification, answering calls and replying to emails, etc…
• Handle and follow up the new employee’s pre-onboard documents and related thing
• Ensure the smooth operation of the F&B Administration office by providing full secretarial support
• Assist to manage the F&B employee’s attendance, vacation, salary and other related documents
• Perform other job related duties as requested
