Position: Assistant Manager - DAM
Department: Information Technology

Requirements: • Degree holder in Computer Science, Business or Information Technology related fields a minimum
• MCSE, MCSD and any Business Related or Technology Related certifications is preferred
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in data management or analysis, with minimum 2 years management working experience
• Experience with the following database engines: (Oracle, SQL Server, NOSQL and MySQL)
• Excellent experience on designing / architecting OLAP database with enterprise modeling tools such as Erwin or Power designer
• Experience with the following BI Reporting tools: (Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS, SAS and Cognos)
• Strong experience with the following ETL tools: (SSIS, Informatica, Talend and Apache Kafka)
• Experience in ETL metadata, systems administration, application tuning and debugging is perferred
• Experience on full lifecycle data warehousing and data integration efforts in large scale programs is preferred
• Knowledge of casino operation and associated business processes
• Strong level of understanding of relational database concepts, dimensional database concepts, database architecture and design
• Strong research and development capabilities on BI, Big Data and Data related topics
• Good working knowledge of SQL, SSIS, SSRS and store procedure coding
• Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
• An analytical mindset with superb communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in nontechnical terms
• Proficient in spoken and written both English and Chinese
Responsibilities: • Providing leadership and direction to data team members
• Oversee and manage staff members in the daily use of data systems
• Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission
• Develop and implement procedures for effective data management
• Participate the implementation of ETL strategy, design and specifications
• Consulting of the Design and implementation of data mart
• Taking disciplinary action when necessary
• Liaise with business users to analyze their data requirements, translate them into technical and system specifications so as to provide solutions in an efficient and effective manner
