Position: Senior Manager - Audio Visual

Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above, Or Diploma in Management, Communications, Electronics, Audio Visual Engineering or any Audio Visual Training is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in AV and entertainment, show business, commercial properties similar capacity, negotiating maintenance contracts, including large scale arenas set-up
• Experience with audio and visual used for headline entertainment and production shows
• Strong technical knowledge
• Proficiency in working with various entertainment and service technology systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities: • Develop the Audio Visual platform - Planning of AV network, ELV rooms and setups, operates, repairs and maintenance of Audio Visual facilities in both hardware and software throughout the property
• Manage technical production requirements for audio, video and lighting of all departments
• Monitor, manage and review user support activities, problem response and resolutions
• Manage repair and maintenance contracts, monitor and evaluate their performances
• Assist the Technology team to perform all facilities, operate and maintain tools, machines and equipment
• Plan the daily scheduled operation and maintenance workflow chart
