- Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Studies, Management, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in marketing field and preferable in casino, hotel or resort industry
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
• Have a well groomed, professional appearance
• Strong knowledge in Chinese culture and the gaming industry
• Must possess good marketing skills, understand detailed financial statements, data and trends and have the ability to work independently without direct oversight and management
• Strong leadership in managing an operation team of a 24-hour casino / service environment
• Must be comfortable working with various marketing and service technology systems
• Flexible working schedule upon request
- Responsibilities
-
• Supervises the marketing promotions in regards to the operational work flow of all tasks and ensures all events & promotions are adequately resourced
• Coordinating with relevant departments & production companies on logistics preparation for all trade shows & road shows in line with the approved participation plan in an effort to drive business and inbound visitors and keep abreast of market trends, market innovation, industry and related travel news in the target region
• Work closely with IT to carry out UAT prior to implementation
• Follow events and promotions standard operating procedure and process flow and ensure all events and promotions are duly executed within local regulations including necessary authorized approval
• Work closely with various marketing teams and PR for advertising and communication initiatives to increase event awareness and other logistics preparation for successful roll-out of the event
• Support all kinds of events and promotions as part of Loyalty Marketing & CRM initiatives on Weekdays/Weekends and Public Holiday
• Generate targeted guest data from related system and strive to promote new membership enrolment in events and promotions
• Coordinate with Production company effectively to implement all the event requirements on-time
