- Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, with supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of Macau labor legislation
• Capable of marking and sustaining good working relationships
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Responsible for handling complete employee life-cycle from induction through to exit of an employee
• Assist in documentation and data recording to ensure all employees’ movement record including resignation, promotion and transfers is handled properly and timely
• Manage exit processes for employees, carrying out exit interviews etc
• Assist with conflict resolution and advises on employee relations issues
• Prepare reports and statistics for management review
• Drive internal and external HR communications
• Perform and complete other tasks as assigned in a timely manner
