Position: Steward Supervisor
Department: Casino Food & Beverage

Requirements: • Primary School graduated or above
• Minimum of 2 years stewarding related experience
• Good interpersonal relationship and communication skill
• Required to work on shift
Responsibilities: • Monitoring all duties include sweeping, mopping, washing, equipment set up and cleaning chemicals usage
• Maintain proper storage of table ware items in accordance to Food Hygiene manual
• Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas in order to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards
• Proper use and cleaning of all dish room machinery
• Perform other job related duties as requested
