Position: Assistant Manager - Market Development

Requirements: • Bachelor Degree in Business, Tourism, Hotel, Sales Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the area of Premium Business Development / Casino Marketing and Hospitality industry
• Good understanding of all aspects of management within casino operations in large scale casino hotel
• Knowledge of strong organizational skills
• Good knowledge of gaming management and customer services management
Responsibilities: • Responsible for supervising team members in the Premium Business department
• Provide assistance and guidance to the team
• Maintain healthy and professional relationship with guests and well coordination with VIP Services Casino Services, gaming, cage and Food Beverage to deliver superior guest service
• Ensure all team members and coded patrons are well informed of all special events and promotions
• Responsible for generating and achieving specific revenue goals by developing new players
• Identify premium player interests and encourage return trips
• Make recommendations to improved guest experience and profitability
• Maintain accurate player records and performance reports
• Assist Manager to develop team training program, staff coaching and evaluation
