Requirements
• College graduate or above is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in service counter, with exposure to multiple hotel resorts
• Must be knowledgeable in hotel operations and systems
• Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality and good communications skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Have a well-groomed, professional appearance
• Be willing to work any day and any shift including weekends and holidays if required
Responsibilities
• Supervisor Guest Services operations from smooth execution of guest reservations, redeem ferry ticket, transportation service, up to departure
• Responsible for greeting and welcoming the guest in a friendly and professional manner when they arrive, escorting the referral players and guest to VIP waiting lounge
• Good knowledge and understanding of redemption, gaming and loyalty programs, and all other promotions within the property
• Performing day-to-day report and administrative support
• Assists in ensuring implementation of policies and procedures, contributes in training and staff development, and performance management of subordinates
