• Know Microsoft Word, Excel and general computer operation
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and some English
Responsibilities: • Handle customer requests and complaints flexibly and skillfully
• Need to be familiar with all the information and promotions in the casino
• Assist guests to become members and redeem gifts
