Position: Seamstress
Department: Housekeeping

Requirements: • Primary school graduated or above
• Experience working as Seamstress (Working experience at Wardrobe department is preferable)
• Good understanding of sewing knowledge such as fabrics and patterns, and skilled in measuring
• Skilled in using sewing machines such as Flat sewing machine, Blind stitching machine and overlock stitch machine
• Computer knowledge and Basic English and is a plus
• Ideally fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and basic English
• Work on shift
Responsibilities: • Repair staff uniform and fitting for new staff
• Perform alteration without changing the style and the agreed standard of the uniform
• Measure for the new uniform
• Maintain good condition of the seamstress supplies inventories
• Report any inventories refill requirement
• Maintain the seamstress area clean and tidy at all the times
• Assist supervisor to manage the wardrobe operations
• Communicate effectively with related laundry personal and all other departments
