Position: Senior Analyst (Non-Gaming)

Requirements: • Bachelor Degree Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Finance, Accounting or Actuarial
• Minimum 2 years of analytical experience preferably in gaming and/ or non-gaming area for Senior Analyst. Fresh graduate in relevant field will be considered for Analyst role
• Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, MS SQL server, data mining, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, Python and CAD.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
• Strong creative and analytic mindset with problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of gaming & non-gaming business areas covering business processes and reporting, with analytic
Responsibilities: • Cooperate with IT to prepare the data for team as well as department requirements
• In-depth analysis of captured data, map data, deliver both structured and unstructured data
• Skillset to create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports to drive business area performance
• Evaluate the appropriateness of data sources for quality of accuracy
• Collaborate with business partners to facilitate relevant report and dashboard creation that provides strategic insights and recommendations for key business stakeholders
• Ensures all data and reports used by team is updated on timely manner and distributed to business partners in accordance to management direction
• Support team in all analytic work requirements covering key business analysis and preparation for business review areas on regular basis
• Strong creative and analytic mindset with problem-solving skills
• Facilitate cross team and cross component collaboration, including Analysts & other IT teams, to share and acquire development ideas and knowledge.
• Support the development and maintenance of a holistic BI platform that enhances analytic capability of the department
• Support and manage a holistic Data Management approach within the department through effective data documentation and work flow implementation
• Support regular work to maintain all deliverables to business stakeholders on a timely manner with detailed review for accuracy
• Able to communicate internally and with various business partners on analytics related requirements in support of management strategic decisions
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Management or otherwise delegated
