Requirements: • Macau ID holder
• Bachelor Degree Fresh Graduates in this academic year, or those graduated less than a year
• With good communication, analytic and learning skills
Responsibilities: • Handle all spectrum of duties of front line positons and handle day-to-day operation
• Rotate in different departments within the division/stream
• Attend all trainings, certifications, courses, engagement activities, etc. in the programme
• Take part in special projects as assigned by management
• Enroll to mentorship scheme to learn from experienced executives in the company
