Position: Engineer (Building Services)

Requirements: • Degree / Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant BS works experience, including 2 years in a responsible position on large scale commercial or institutional projects
• Macau casino / hotel / F&B project experience preferred.
• Use of CAD software
Responsibilities: • Reviewing and commenting on consultants’ deliverable and contractors’ submissions.
• Assisting in monitoring site work progress of all kinds of A&A projects and building services installation works for SJM properties
• Coordinating and resolving engineering and site issues
