- Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, process management, or operations.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in leading casino and integrated resorts in Macau or internationally
• Experience in quality assurance standards training, Six Sigma or Kaizen from hotel / gaming operations
• Must possess strong marketing skills, understand detailed financial statements, data and trends and have the ability to work independently without direct oversight and management
• Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously along with requirements from various stakeholders
• Proven strategic thinking, analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving skills
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Responsibilities
-
• Responsible to assist the Director of Business Program Management with all aspects of enhance business performance for Grand Lisboa Palace.
• Execute the Critical Path for Operational set-up including the operational business units and services to support the Operations such as Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Security etc.
• Manage the interface, inter-dependency and statutory constraints in the Critical Path
• Lead and manage the Operation Teams to ensure comprehensive planning
• Ensure and enable Operational readiness and transition in the Critical Path for the opening
• Provide direction to Operation teams and oversee the quality of various final products and services
• Manage and liaise with the key stakeholders as required to support operational readiness and transition planning
• Develop long and short range plans for the operation of the property. Ensure plans and standards are properly communicated, executed and sustained
