Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, process management, or operations
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process optimization, operations, or business management
• Strong in strategic and analytical mindset
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or Kaizen tools preferred

Responsibilities
• Organize Lean/Kaizen workshops
• Co-facilitate and support continuous improvement activities and Daily Visual Board
• Assist to analyze company processes and procedures
• Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes
• Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction
• Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management
• Supporting team members in Kaizen tools
• Assist to prepare and present Kaizen results
• Engage and inspire the employees to recognize process improvement opportunities
and actively participate in the realization / validation of their suggestions utilizing the
appropriate Lean /CI approach (5S, Standard work, Visual Management)
• Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization
• Be accountable for monitoring the action results
