• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Statistics, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Skills in benchmarking and capturing market intelligence on compensation and benefits
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with VBA and other analytical software preferred
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as MS SQL Server, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, and Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail in data analysis
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze the HR database, ensuring data accuracy in the HRIS system (SAP)
• Analyze market salary and benefit trends, conducting benchmarking
• Oversee ongoing trend analysis and statistical review
• Develop and maintain HR databases and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders
• Conduct research and analysis on HR metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects or new initiatives, providing guidance and support
• Regularly review and optimize HR data processes to enhance efficiency
• Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring departmental goals are met
