Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, HR Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience including a minimum of 3 years at managerial/supervisory level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of local labor law and legislations
• Knowledge of benchmarking and skills in capturing market intelligence on employee compensation and benefits
• Profound knowledge on Compensation HRIS
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Responsibilities
• Implements and maintains Compensation & Benefits programs, policies, procedures and practices
• Ensures all processes, systems and procedure of all C&B programs are delivered effectively
• Monitors the C&B team to handle all C&B administration works and implementation
• Manage the C&B programs including but not limit to the development of position evaluations, salary benchmarking, and salary proposals for new hire, re-designation, promotion or transfers
• Assists in on-going analysis and review of market salary/benefit trend and conducts benchmarking
• Assists in managing employees’ insurance/pension plans
• Provides advices on salary increase requests and offers for new hire
• Participates, implements and drives projects related to Compensation & Benefits
• Manages the relationship with external service providers in a good manner
• Performs and completes other tasks as assigned in a timely manner
