• Excellent guest relation and problem solving skills
• Presentable and sincere
• Positive and proactive work attitude
• Experience of customer service is an advantage
Responsibilities: • Guard the guests to the shuttle bus
• Answer and solve the guests’ inquires in timely manner, maintain the good order of the waiting area
• Provide good environment of the shuttle bus waiting area, maintain the order of the shuttle bus
• Provide the existing company promotion to the guests, assist in recording the guests’ number; Maintain the cleanness of the shuttle bus, performs and completes other tasks as assigned in a timely manner
• Require to work outdoor and rotate shift
