- Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology or related studies
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or an equivalent IT designation is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of IT relevant working experience is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of IT-related audit or compliance experience is preferred
• Significant knowledge of IT Security
• Knowledge of IT processes, controls, regulatory frameworks and control requirements
• Experience in cyber security field or risk management is a plus
• Good in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good communication skills and self-motivation
- Responsibilities
-
• Conduct risk assessments, create and execute IT audit work programs complying with the Macau Government’s regulations and applicable standards
• Recommend changes to controls, processes, and procedures to improve security, effectiveness and efficiency and provide suggestions to achieve appropriate improvements
• Prepare documentation and audit report in support of audit work performed
• Perform ongoing assessments of business systems, software development, IT operations, etc. to identify control gaps and risk areas
• Provide technical advice to other audit teams to support them in performing their audit tasks
• Supervise, monitor and provide guidance to subordinates to complete the audit tasks
• Comply with auditing standards, follow good industrial practices, and efficiently utilize audit resources
