Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Travel Services Management or related field
• Strong Observation, Adaptability and project management skill
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Responsibilities: • Review overall services, analyze reports, transport route and optimize arrangement and budgeting
• Monitor and improve service standard for shuttle services
• Handle complaints and follow up work
• Monitor the job duty of manager and work as acting manager during his leave
