Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in related field, Team Management and customer service experience is preferred
• Strong Observation, Adaptability and project management skill
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Responsibilities
• Execute Human Resources Strategic planning and optimization, handling department related support
• Well knowledge of Human Resources work flow and related Labor Law issue
• Monitor departmental training status and follow up new members induction
• Handle departmental admin support
