Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Customer services, with scheduling experience is preferred
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Responsibilities: • Handling duty roster, attendance statistic and familiar with related operations
• Assist supervisor to follow up related coordination, administration and daily support tasks
