Requirements
• High school graduated or above or certification in Hotel Management, Bakery or related disciplines
• With experience in similar job role or equivalent or minimum of 7 years experiences in Hotpot kitchen with working experience and 3 years management experience in 5 - star standard hotels
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Required to work on shift
Responsibilities
• Manage all aspect of Hotpot kitchen operations and kitchen staff; to direct, train and monitor performance of the chefs
• Assist clients in program planning and menu selection with the Chef de Cuisine and confirm all menu details relative to group functions with planners
• Achievement of budgeted food sales, labour costs and profitability
• Participate and input towards Food and Beverage marketing activities; entertain potential and existing customers
• Assist in menu planning and pricing and complete of monthly forecast
• Work with the team of Chef de Partie, Restaurant Manager and Sommelier to ensure all arrangements and details are dealt with
• Participation towards overall hotel maintenance and cleanliness, and to achieve food quality that exceeds expectations
• Perform other job related duties as requested
