Requirements
• Primary School graduated or equivalent
• Previous experienced in similar job role is an advantage
• Good communication in Chinese; capable to communicate in English is an advantage
• Required to work on shift
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all duties include sweeping, mopping, washing, equipment set up and cleaning chemicals usage
• Maintain proper storage of table ware items in accordance to Food Hygiene manual
• Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas in order to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards
• Follow loss prevention policies to prevent accidents and control costs
• Proper use and cleaning of all dish room machinery
• Ensures all food holding and transport equipment is in working order
• Perform other job related duties as requested
