- Requirements
-
• Diploma or Degree or above in building studies / construction management / architectural / interior design or related disciplines
• At least 4-8 years solid experience in the fit out of retails, F&B, residential, offices & hotels, etc.
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidates with solid experience in handling Macau projects are highly preferred
• Hard-working, attentive to details, self-motivated, and strong sense of responsibility
• Familiar with interior fit-out nature. Knowledge about A&A work, design, engineering and vendor operation.
• Proficiency in Windows, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and SketchUp
• Good Command of speaking and writing in English and Chinese
• General knowledge for building regulations and decoration materials
- Responsibilities

"• During design stage, taking site inspection and dimension measurement for preparation of floor plan.
• Co-ordination of suppliers for selection of decorative materials, furniture, facilities etc.
• Assist to produce rendering, design proposal, sample board etc.
• Production of construction and design drawings include plans, elevations, general details etc.
• Production of project material schedules and assist to prepare related materials and facilities specifications.
• Approval of shop drawings and materials submission by Sub-contractors, and checking of final submitted as-built drawings."
