Requirements
• Degree holder in electrical / mechanical / building services / marine / construction engineering or other related disciplines
• Professional recognition in electrical / mechanical / building services / marine / construction engineering / management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years experience as manager or chief engineer level in well-known enterprise
• Minimum 10 years in charge of the operation and maintenance department of integrated resort experience is preferred
• Familiar with regulation and ordinance in electrical / mechanical / building services / construction engineering
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Responsibilities
• Formulate operation and maintenance policy and strategy
• Develop and execute staff training program
• Set up facilities operation and maintenance procedure
• Lead a team carry out routine maintenance works and emergency repair works
• Prepare operation and maintenance budget
• Execute energy control and emergency management
• Monitor the process of departmental documentation flow
• Oversee the operating condition of preventive maintenance programs of the facilities, including Mechanical Equipment, Electrical systems, HVAC system, Fire Services System, Boiler System and related facilities system
• Coordinate with internal departments and contractors for maintenance works and improvement works
• Maintain good relationship with local authorities and related organization
• Manage quality standards consistently with company guidelines and all local building and safety codes
