Requirements
• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing or related fields a minimum.
• PMI Project Management Professional / Scrum Master Certification is preferred
• Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus
• Minimum 4 years of working experience, with minimum 2 years working in information technology business application support
• Hospitality and/or gaming working experience is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of marketing technology solutions, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms
• Familiarity with data management, data integration, and data governance principles
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to marketing technology and data privacy
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge in Agile/DevOps Project Delivery is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with marketing teams, IT professionals, and external vendors
• Proficient in spoken and written both English and Chinese
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand business needs, objectives, and marketing strategies
• Analyze marketing processes, identify pain points, and recommend IT solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience
• Design and develop IT solutions that align with marketing goals, including marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, data analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms
• Manage the implementation of IT solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, including business department, IT, and external vendors or partners
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing marketing systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in marketing and IT, and provide recommendations for their integration
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance requirements are met across marketing technology solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of marketing systems with other enterprise systems
• Provide training and support to marketing teams on the effective utilization of IT solutions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing technology systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance evaluations
• Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to marketing technology, privacy, and data governance
