Requirements
• Bachelor or above in Business Studies or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in secretarial and administrative role serving management in large corporations
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and to deploy resources effectively with good time management
Responsibilities
• Provide secretarial support to the Vice President of department as required
• Manage calendar appointments and schedules for Director
• Arrange accommodation, flights and transportation
• Translate documents from English to Chinese or vice versa
• Monitor and maintain personnel systems such as attendance, leave and payroll maintenance system for the department
• Handle administrative and procurement requests of the department
• Maintain favorable network and liaisons with internal and external customers
