Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent majoring in Business Marketing
• Minimum of 1 years practical experience in consumer/ retail marketing, with experience of marketing shopping mall in integrated resort(s) will be an advantage
• Ability to deal with retailers and food & beverages operators
• Ability to negotiate at varying levels, good communication liaison and influencing skills
• Strong proficiency in using Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other MS Office apps
• Positive & Proactive work attitude
• Ability to manage multiple demands, tasks and competing priorities
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
Responsibilities
• Assist in brand and marketing services of Lisboa Palace project with special emphasis on developing brand and marketing communication strategies on pre and post opening time lines along the project critical path
• Preparation of marketing business plans which address 8 Promises and 5S Service Standards guidelines
• Build business relationships with retailers for developing market research and mystery shopper survey to enhance customer service and drive visitation
• Analyse research data, competitor activity, retailers’ performance review, retailers’ trends and their hero/signature products
• Identify business opportunities including but not limited to pop-up stores and merchandise display to generate additional revenues
• Review ongoing requirements of retailers and develop relevant marketing campaigns to boost their sales
• Engage with retailers to optimize retail marketing initiatives, cross promotion, VIP/Loyalty programs opportunities and customer service improvement in order to achieve company goal
