Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce or related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years’ related experience, with at least 3 years of management experience
• Work experience in large-scale resorts
• Qualified CPA in a local or global accounting association would be an advantage
• Knowledge of gaming operations
• Knowledge in auditing principles and practices
• Solid understanding of Macau’s Internal Control Requirements(MICR) and DICJ Instructions
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities
• Ensure that all table games, slot, cage, and rolling segment transactions are audited and reconciled daily
• Review the revenue report, reconciliation and documentation for compliance
• Ensure daily reports on casino revenues and statistics are prepared timely and accurately
• Ensure that audit checklists are up to date and diligently followed and signed off
• Understand Macau’s Internal Control Requirements (MICR), DICJ regulations and SOPs and corporate compliance requirements in the audit checklists, with exceptions noted and reported to management for attention
• Maintain solid understanding of gaming audit policies and concepts
• Ensure that gaming audit team members are regularly trained, well-motivated, and disciplined
• Perform other duties assigned from time to time, and assist the Senior Manager in managing any ad hoc projects
