- Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Architectural / Interior Design / Building Services / Construction Management or related field
• Relevant certifications in Audio Visual project management is preferred
• At least 15 years’ experience in Audio Visual related duties and projects
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Solid experience in handling Macau projects and Macau statutory requirements & regulations are highly preferred
• In-depth understanding of Audio Visual systems, including design, equipment selection, integration, and installation
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and software within the construction industry
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at various levels
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying project challenges and implementing effective solutions
• Fluent speaking and writing in English and Cantonese
• Off-site and occasional travels may be required
- Responsibilities
-
• Lead and manage Audio Visual projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Conduct site visits and assessments, evaluate Audio Visual infrastructure needs, and provide optimal AV system integration recommendations
• Develop detailed project plans, including work scopes, project milestones, resource allocation, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement, installation, testing, and debugging of Audio Visual systems
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective measures to achieve project objectives
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports
• Conduct regular meetings with the project team to communicate project status, resolve issues, and foster collaboration
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to AV installation within the construction industry
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to AV installation and construction projects
