Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Multi-media, Graphic, Event Management or related discipline
• Any certification related multi-media, graphic design, events or journalism preferred
• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Proficiency in Adobe illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Photoshop software
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills
• Strong video production skills, including video shooting, editing, and post-production techniques
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibilities
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Responsibilities
• Accurate and timely distribution of information, including routine announcements, urgent and crisis communications
• Manage, upload and maintain all internal communication channels such as BOH Television, Mobile Application, Intranet, Kiosk, etc. to ensure information is accurate and up to date
• Assist in generate monthly report for the visitation of the different channels, such as intranet visitations, mobile application usage, kiosk usage, etc.
• Assist in video, poster and Employee program collaterals creation and editing for internal communication channels. Edit and revise as necessary
• Assist in update e-mail distribution list
• Assist in the development of HR internal brand guidelines and ensure all memos and collateral comply with standards
• Assist in photo and video shooting in Employee Events
• Assist in the Multimedia Design field to create engaging presentations of images and information for various media including the Web, television, movies for employee programs
• Assist in coordinating Employee Events including any educational, government related events and special projects
• Liaise with relevant parties like schools, universities and the government to organize the special events
• Oversee the on-day logistics of all events, run post-event follow-up with participants, and evaluate events
• Providing administrative support for the events
• Assist in following up with all events setup and dismantle
• Monitor and report team progress through regular meetings and reviews to ensure that the works are properly handled and deadlines are met
• Build and continually develop relationships with departments, government, schools and vendors, executing events against budgets
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
