Requirements
• Diploma degree or above
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, ideally fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to function well as part of a team
• Must be available to work outdoors as required
• Must be able to work on shift and standing for long durations
Responsibilities
• Supervises Butler staff with their duties to ensure all tasks as per the departmental task lists are completed at all time
• Be attentive and responsive to guest and provide courteous and professional personalized service at all times to maximize guest satisfaction
• Maintain guest preference profiles and track their preferences
• Perform check-in and check-out processes utilizing established systems and procedures including appropriately allocating rooms to guests, escorting guests to room, confirming and executing account payment in accordance with established credit procedures. This includes handle the cash, credit card payment transactions
• Inspect VIP room and suites prior to arrival to ensure room facility and condition is in order. Work with related department for follow up actions when needed
• Check the preferred time for making-up room and communicate with HSKP team to provide evening service
• Assure guests have all their belonging upon departure by automatically checking all drawers, closets, in-room safe, etc
• Complete shift checklist and follow through on responsibilities assigned by Manager
• Perform other related duties as required
• Work with Manager to setup monthly training plan for the team with proper training record
• Liaise with F&B team for meal ordering, delivery and setup for guest room
• Work with L&D team to analyze reports and plan strategy to achieve the 5-star rating
