Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in Business, HR Management, Statistics, Data Science, IT or Mathematics is preferred
• Any professional certification for Excel, PowerPoint, MS SQL server, Tableau and PowerBI is desirable
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience is highly preferred. Candidate with less experience would considered as analyst role
• Proficient in data analysis tools, e.g. Excel, Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of local labor law and legislations
• Profound knowledge on Compensation HRIS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
• Good in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Good time-management skills
Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and maintaining HR databases, systems, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy
• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and communications for concerned stakeholders
• Assist in conducting research and analysis on HR metrics and trends to inform HR strategy and decision making
• Support the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures
• Performs and completes other tasks as assigned in a timely manner
