Position: Chief Steward
Department: Casino Food & Beverage - Jai Alai & Oceanus
Working Location: Macau Peninsula

Requirements: • High school graduated or above
• Minimum of 8 years related work experience and minimum of 3 years with management experience
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Required to work on shift
Responsibilities: • Responsible for setting departmental budgets and supervising the maintenance of all kitchen equipment clean and safe
• Responsible for the maintenance of various equipment and facilities in the food and beverage department, and the storage of daily necessities and articles.
• Responsible for arranging daily business affairs, scheduling employee vacations and following up on the performance of all Steward staff
• Responsible for provide health and occupational safety training to all employees of the Steward department
• Ensure that the kitchen hygiene meets the standards of the health management department
